Definitions:
“KCT/APD” refers to Kingdom Come Training Accelerated Partnership Development, a Corporation registered in the State of California, for the purpose of providing training, coaching and accountability services.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
a. Mission Agency
In order to participate in the KCT/APD Program, the participant must be accepted by and in financial relationship with a mission agency.
b. Inclusive Agreement
By checking off the box of this agreement, the participant agrees to engage in the KCT/APD Program (training and coaching) with the intent of becoming fully funded.
c. Training
The training class is scheduled to begin the first Monday of each month and consists of two hours per day, five days a week for two weeks through video conferencing. Personal time for offline work, including reading and practical assignments will be necessary.
Due to the amount of training content and class participation required, all sessions must be attended in the two-week training class. If a makeup session is required, the participant will be billed separately for the Trainer’s time. (see Program Fees)
d. Coaching and Accountability
KCT/APD includes weekly coaching and accountability to further train, assist and encourage the participant to meet weekly/long term goals, push through common hurdles and challenges in partnership development and achieve 100% funding. Weekly sessions are conducted through video conferencing, requiring the participant to have webcam availability.
e. Confidentiality
KCT/APD coaches maintain confidentiality in the coaching relationship, unless doing so would risk harm to the participant or to others.
f. Program Fees
- Registration: A non-refundable registration fee of $400 is required in order to process the registration and reserve a seat in class.
- Make-up training session: $50/hour (minimum of one hour)
- Monthly Coaching Installments: $200/month.
g. Monthly Coaching Installments
During the second week of training, a KCT coach will be assigned to each class participant. The participant agrees to set up their Monthly Coaching Installments to begin the 5th day of the following month. The participant will receive two weeks of free coaching (immediately following training) with the agreement of a minimum of three months coaching and/or 100% funding, whichever comes first.
Refunds: Any prepaid full month which is not necessary, due to full funding, will be refunded.
Cancellations and no shows: Cancellations and no shows are the responsibility of the participant and do not reduce or change the Monthly Coaching Installment.
h. Considerations for Optimal Training
- Potential Distractions: The participant agrees to keep their location free of distractions to create an optimal learning environment.
- Results: While KCT/APD agrees to conscientiously provide quality training, coaching and accountability, it is understood that results are dependent on the participant’s manner and attitude of engagement in the process.
i. Cancellation Policy
- All paid registrations are non-refundable.
- If you notify us about a serious scheduling conflict or an unforeseen emergency within 2 weeks of the start date of your training class, you may transfer your registration (one time) to a future training class within 3 months of your original registration.
- If coaching is cancelled before the 3 month minimum (see g. above), the participant will be billed $100 for the two-week coaching period following training.
j. Training Notes and Materials
- Participant acknowledges that the information, training techniques, instructional materials, notes and other materials provided in connection with participant’s course of instruction or the coaching process given by KCT/APD is confidential information and proprietary to KCT/APD.
- Participant agrees that all information and techniques that are received in confidence are to be used by participant only in the furtherance of KCT/APD’s training and coaching objectives.
- Participant will not train others in the use of the confidential techniques, and will keep all such information confidential both during and after training is concluded.
- Participant acknowledges that all materials and information received through training and coaching remains the sole property of KCT/APD and participant will not copy, reproduce or disseminate such information in any form without the express written consent of KCT/APD.
